Executive coaching is important. Having a sounding board is important. It is lonely at the top. However, it is not leaders at the top of an organization that need coaches the most. Tau Consulting specializes in peer-to-peer coaching. We help set up coaching within your organization, between people of equal levels in the hierarchy, and occasionally teaming up people who are on opposite ends of the organizational spectrum. We also coach promising leaders who still are without P/E responsibility or formal leadership roles, sometimes on the initiative of C-level executives, sometimes on their own initiative. In both cases, we work both on a personal and an organizational level. Building on insights from Leadership from Below, we aim to challenge the notion of peer to also cut across the formal hierarchy.
